• The candidate must have a 4 year Engineering/ Technology Degree in Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/Computer Science/IT/ Electronics & Instrumentation from the recognized university.

OR

• The candidate must have a PG Degree in Electronics & Telecommunication/Electronics & Communication/ Electronics/ Computer Science/IT/ Computer Applications

Agricultural Field Officer (Scale I)

• The candidate must have a 4 year Degree (graduation) in Agriculture/ Veterinary Science/ Dairy Science/ Horticulture/Animal Husbandry/Agricultural Biotechnology/ Food Science/ Agriculture Business Management/Food Technology/ Dairy Technology/ Sericulture/ Agro-Forestry/Forestry from the university which is recognized by government.

Rajbhasha Adhikari (Scale I)

• The candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at the degree (graduation) level
