| Stages | Details |
|---|---|
| Online Examination | Candidates whose application forms are submitted successfully are eligible to appear in the written test. There will be 150 questions from 4 subjects for 300 marks in total, and a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. |
| Physical Efficiency Test (PET) | Those candidates who qualify in the written exam are eligible to appear for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET). This stage is qualifying in nature. |
| Physical Measurement Test (PMT) | After PET, the candidates have to undergo Physical Measurement Test (PMT) where their height & chest (only for males) will be measured. This stage is qualifying in nature. |
| Detailed Medical Examination | The candidates shortlisted from above recruitment stages have to appear for a Detailed Medical Examination (DME) to get selected for DV. |
| Document Verification | This is the final stage of the selection process, and the candidate’s original documents shall be checked by the officials before joining. |
