- IMVANEX is a non-replicating smallpox vaccine that was created in partnership with the US government to guarantee the availability of smallpox vaccines for the entire population, including those who are immunocompromised.
- The vaccine received regulatory approval in Canada (where it is sold under the brand name Imvamune) and the United States (where it is sold under the brand name Jynneos), where the approvals have been expanded to include the indication for monkeypox as the only vaccine to have done so up to this point.
