Educational Qualification:Candidates who have completed a B.Sc. (Nursing) with an integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) OR a Post Basic B.Sc. (Nursing) with an integrated curriculum of Certificate in Community Health for Nurses (CCHN) from an Indian Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council recognized Institute or University from the academic year 2020 and onward will be eligible to apply. Nurses and midwives are registered with the UP Nurses and Midwives Council. Candidates must enclose a copy of the registration slip, duly self-attested, with the application form if a registration certificate is not available.
