Educational Qualification:The candidate should have a degree in law from a recognized University and have done practice as an Advocate in the High Court of Bombay or Courts subordinate for not less than 7 years on the date of publication of Advertisement.
Age Limit:
The minimum age limit is 35 years and the maximum age limit is 48 years. (Relaxation will be provided as per the government norms).

- Mains

The prelims examination consists of all the multiple-choice questions. The candidates who qualified for the examination with the cut-off marks will be called for the next stage that is Main’s examination. The prelims examination result will not be taken into consideration for final selection.
Mains Examination:
The main examination consists of two papers of 100 marks each with a time duration of 3 hours. Also, the medium for the examination will be English.
Viva Voice:
The last stage is the viva voice for the Bombay High Court Recruitment 2022 for the District Judge post. It will be carrying 50 marks for the candidates who have scored a minimum of 50 % marks in each paper of the Mains examination.
