IMO 2022 Exam Pattern
There are two levels in the SOF International Mathematics Olympiad:
Level 1: The participants' schools will host the first level of the test during school hours.
(i) The IMO level 1 competition is of 60-minute with-
- 50 objective-type questions for classes 5 through 12
- 35 multiple-choice questions for classes 1 through 4
(ii) There are four sections in the exam-
- Section 1: Logical Analysis
- Section 2: Mathematical Reasoning
- Section 3: Everyday Math
- Section 4: Achievers Section
(iii)There are different test questions for each exam date.
(iv) The exam is in English language.
(v) The test papers are created using the syllabi of the State Board, ICSE/ISC, and CBSE.

The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) is an educational and non-profit organization based in New Delhi, India. It organizes six Olympiads annually, including-

Pupils can register independently through the official website if their school is unable to participate. However, the SOF strongly encourages schools to register with the foundation to admit students for Olympiad testing.
